Adding ribbon to tote bag handles, directly at the bag's top edge, creates a festive appearance for any occasion.

It's such a quick and easy process that it's a technique most gift givers don't consider, and that's what makes your gift unique and pretty.

The silver ribbon shown above is called eyelash ribbon. It's not wired but curls around your finger or pencil for added flair. Regular curling ribbon is just as pretty after you curl it with scissors.

The above example shows ribbon attached to both handle's sides, and the same is done on the opposite side.

Create the same look for your tote bags, or just add curled ribbon on one handle on each side rather ribbon on all four handle grips.

This bag is a paisley design, but can you imagine a coordinated ribbon tied onto a solid-colored bag? That will look outstanding.

Try it and create a glamorous look that's soon known as your signature style.
